Welcome to inšy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile and web applications (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

A registered user account required to use the Service.

Content

Any text, images, audio, video, or other materials you upload or generate through the Service.

Subscription

Any paid plan that provides additional features beyond the free tier.

Refers to inšy.

You / User

The individual or entity using the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account and using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

4. User Conduct

You must not misuse the Service or interfere with its security or integrity.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

You must not use the Service to send spam, malicious code, or infringing content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid Subscription. All fees are in US dollars and guaranteed for the duration of your billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the end of the term.

No refunds will be provided except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its Content are owned by inšy or its licensors.

You retain ownership of any Content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other legitimate reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inšy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inšy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice and update the Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
