I need assistance with the app
- Please describe the issue clearly in your email. Including screenshots, device info, or app version helps us resolve it faster.
I want to report a message I received from the assistant
- Just copy the message (or describe it), let us know what felt wrong, and share any helpful context or timestamps.
I have an idea
- We love your suggestions. Tell us what you’d like to see in the future, and we’ll pass it along to the product team.
I have positive feedback
- You just made our day! Feel free to tell us how inšy helped you — and if you have a moment, leave a review on the App Store or Google Play Store. Your support means everything.
Delete Your Inšy Account
If you’d like to delete your Inšy account and all associated personal data, please email us at support@insygent.com from the email address connected to your account.
In your message, include:
The subject line:
- Account Deletion Request
- The email address you use in the app (if different from the sender address)
- Any relevant context (optional)
What happens next:
- We will permanently delete your account data within 5 business days of your request.
- This includes your email address, any connected Google Workspace data, and AI interaction data.
- Some error logs and analytics data may be retained for up to 7 days for diagnostic and security purposes, after which they are automatically purged.
Important:
- After deletion, your data cannot be recovered, and your account will no longer be accessible.
