How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, you can cancel your subscription via your device settings. If you subscribed through our website, please contact us at support@insygent.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Will my assistant remember our conversations?
Your assistant remembers context from your past messages, unless you reset or delete it. You can manage memory in your settings or email us if you’d like help.
Can I use inšy offline?
Currently, inšy requires an internet connection to function properly. We’re exploring options for limited offline functionality in the future.
Is inšy available in other languages?
Right now, inšy works best in English. We’re actively working on multilingual support stay tuned.
